Bunkhouse Nightly Rental Rate $115
The bumper pull bunkhouse is great for families. With an outdoor flattop and cooking space, you're ready to enjoy the great outdoors. Pet friendly for small to mid-sized pets. Sleeps 5-8 (depending how close you want to bunk up) with 2 A/C's to stay cool while you're inside the camper.
Toyhauler Nightly Rental Rate $130
Fifth Wheel Nightly Rental Rate $170
This luxury fifth wheel is great for families of 4. With a king bedroom, bath and a half, kitchen island, fold out sofa and seating. Pet friendly for small to mid-sized pets. Sleeps 4 . Two A/C's to maintain the temperature of this huge 40' camper.
Prep Fee $60
This fee is for cleaning and sanitizing the camper, washing bed linens and towels, consumables, and other preparations required for each rental. We take pride in the cleanliness of our campers and how well stocked they are.

Festivals, concerts, sporting events, etc. With Special Events comes special processes, long wait times, extra cleaning, and other preparations for the rental.
Tank Clean Out $75
This is for dumping the gray (sink/shower) and black (waste) tanks. This is for you if full hookup (direct connections at the camp site for these tanks) is not available or you are dry camping.
Generator $40/night
We have a Firman Quiet Generator available to rent with each camper. If you do not have access to a power hookup (shore power), or are dry camping, this may be an option for you. Please note that the generators are only capable of running one A/C unit, not both. The generator will come full with non-ethanol fuel. Additional fuel is not included in the rental but can be added for an additional cost.
