How Our RV & Camper Rental Process Works
First time renting a camper? No problem. We make the process simple from reservation to return. Here's what to expect when renting with Go Green Outdoors Florida.
Booking Your Camper
1. Submit Your Rental Request
Ready to start planning? Complete our request a quote form with your preferred dates, camper, destination, and whether you'd like delivery and setup or plan to tow the camper yourself.
Submitting a request does not commit you to a rental or require payment.
2. We Confirm Availability
Once we receive your request, we'll review your dates, camper availability, destination, delivery requirements, and any requested add-ons.
We'll contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability and discuss any additional details we may need.
3. Review Your Quote
We'll email you a detailed rental quote that includes your camper, rental dates, delivery or customer pickup details, requested add-ons, and applicable fees.
Have questions or need to make changes? Just let us know before booking.
4. Secure Your Reservation
Ready to book? A 50% payment of your rental total is required to reserve your camper and dates.
Once your payment is received, we'll email your rental agreement for completion.
Your reservation is not confirmed until the required payment and rental agreement have been received.

Delivery & Setup
Want to skip the towing? We'll deliver your camper directly to your reserved campsite or destination, complete the setup, and coordinate pickup at the end of your stay.
When possible, we'll arrive before you so your camper can be ready when you arrive.

All you have to do is show up and enjoy your trip.
Tow It Yourself
Prefer to take the camper with you? Customer pickup is available from our Hilliard, Florida location for approved tow vehicles.
Your tow vehicle must meet the requirements for your selected camper and have:

A 2-inch receiver

Round 7-pin trailer connector

Working brake controller
-
Appropriate towing capacity

Valid insurance

Before Your Trip
One Week Before
We'll contact you approximately one week before your rental to confirm your trip details, including:

If you're towing the camper yourself, we'll also reconfirm your tow vehicle information and required equipment.
Payment Schedule
AT BOOKING
50% of your rental total is due to reserve your camper and dates.
14 DAYS BEFORE YOUR RENTAL
The remaining rental balance is due.
3 DAYS BEFORE YOUR RENTAL
A $500 refundable security deposit is due.
Rental Day
Delivery Rentals
We'll deliver your camper to your reserved location and complete the setup before your stay whenever scheduling and campground access allow.
We'll walk you through the camper, explain how everything works, and answer any questions before leaving.
Customer Pickup
We'll meet you at our Hilliard location at your scheduled pickup time.
Before you leave, we'll verify your towing setup, complete a walkthrough, and make sure you're comfortable operating the camper and its features.
Please allow enough time for the walkthrough and hookup process before beginning your trip.
During Your Rental
Questions happen—even after the walkthrough.
If you need assistance with the camper during your rental, contact us. We'll do our best to help troubleshoot any issues and keep your trip running smoothly.
Please follow all campground rules, camper guidelines, and rental agreement requirements throughout your stay.
If you're renting the Toy Hauler for motorcycles, ATVs, golf carts, or other equipment, all items must be properly secured and remain within the camper's weight and cargo limits.
Returning Your Camper
Delivery Rentals
We'll coordinate pickup with you and the campground or destination.
Before leaving, please remove all personal belongings, trash, food, and other items you brought into the camper.
We'll handle disconnecting and preparing the camper for transport.
Customer-Hauled Rentals
Return the camper to our Hilliard location at the agreed-upon time.
Please make sure personal belongings and trash have been removed and the camper is ready for inspection.
Security Deposit
A $500 refundable security deposit is required three days before your rental begins.
After the camper is returned, we'll inspect it for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or other charges covered by the rental agreement.
If no additional charges apply, your security deposit will be refunded according to the terms of your rental agreement.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Refund eligibility is based on how far in advance you cancel your reservation.

Weather conditions, changes in campground availability, failure to secure a campsite, and issues with a customer's tow vehicle do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Do I need RV Experience to rent a camper?
No. First-time campers are welcome! We'll provide a walkthrough before your rental and explain how to use the camper and its features.
Can you delivery and set up the camper for me?
Yes. Delivery and setup are available to pre-booked campgrounds, festivals, events, and other approved destinations throughout our service area.
Can I tow the camper myself?
Yes, as long as your tow vehicle meets the requirements for the camper you've selected and you have the required towing equipment and insurance.
What is included with my camper rental?
Our campers come stocked with many of the basics you'll need for your stay. Additional items—including generators and other camping add-ons—may also be available.

Do you delivery to festivals and special events?
Yes! We deliver to many festivals, campgrounds, motorsports facilities, and special events throughout Northeast Florida and surrounding areas. Delivery availability and pricing depend on your destination and rental dates.
